Before you start
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 30 days of the Business feature set, with no card
required. When it ends you can choose a paid plan or continue on the Free tier.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect from the
next billing period.
How are payments taken?
By card through Stripe. An annual billing option is available at a discount where
offered.
Do I pay per user?
No. Users are included in the monthly price: Free covers 1, Basic up to 2,
Business up to 10, and Growth is unlimited.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email support. Business and Growth also get priority response
times and chat.
Where is my data held?
Your records live in your own PostgreSQL database. Access is scoped per company,
and sensitive actions are recorded in the audit log.
