For accountants

Every client company, one login

A practice should not need a separate password for each client's books. Create a firm workspace, have each client grant you access, and switch between them without signing out — with a worklist that shows which clients need attention this week.

What the workspace does

Built around the month-end, not around a demo

The firm dashboard is a worklist by exception: for each client it shows the numbers that tell you whether the month is in trouble, so you open the clients that need you and leave the rest alone.

Per-client risk, at a glance

For every client on the workspace: overdue invoices with the amount outstanding, bills falling due in the next seven days, the cash balance from posted entries, and the date of the last journal batched. Sorted by whoever is furthest behind.

Switch clients without signing out

Move between client companies in one click. Your firm membership and each client's grant decide what you can see, so you never hold a client's password and they never hand one over.

Clients grant and revoke access themselves

Access is a link the client company creates and can revoke from their own settings page. When the engagement ends, they switch you off without changing a password — and you both have a record of it.

Your team, not your logins

Invite colleagues to the firm with their own accounts. Everyone sees the clients they should, and every entry is recorded against the person who made it in the audit log.

The filing month

One pack per client, not four forms

For each client and each month the product produces a single printable pack: EPF Borang A, PERKESO Borang 8A (SOCSO, EIS and SKBBK), and LHDN CP39 — with a summary page totalling what each authority is owed and the 15th deadline.

The figures come from the payslips that were actually paid, not recomputed, so the pack cannot disagree with the ledger you are about to sign.

Per client, per month

SKBBK (LINDUNG 24)0.75% schedule

Why it holds up

The arithmetic is checkable

Table-driven, not percentage guesses

SOCSO, EIS and SKBBK are read from PERKESO's wage-band schedules, not computed as a flat rate — which is wrong inside every band.

Tested where it costs money

Statutory contribution tables, payroll posting, money integrity and backup restore are covered by an automated suite run against PostgreSQL.

Traceable to a posted entry

Every report balance derives from posted journal lines. Nothing is typed into a report, so a figure can always be explained.

We would rather tell you where the edges are: the compliance page states what is not modelled — reliefs beyond personal and EPF, and the SKBBK payer assumption — rather than leaving you to find out in front of a client.
Before you commit

What this is not

It is not practice-management software. There is no time billing, no job scheduling, and no trial-balance import from another system.

It prepares SST-02 and Form C figures but does not submit them to the portals — e-Invoice is the exception, which does submit to MyInvois and keeps the response. The workspace is designed for clients already keeping their books here.
